Introducing Gayatri Shanbhag, Senior Nutritionist at Qua Nutrition
Gayatri Shanbhag is a renowned senior nutritionist at Qua Nutrition, bringing over 5 years of expertise in personalized nutrition, nutrigenomics, and sports nutrition. With an MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the IOC, and certification as a Nutrigenomics counselor, Gayatri merges science and practical solutions to transform health and performance.
She has worked with elite athletes, including Olympian Kenneth Bednarek, crafting customized nutrition strategies that optimize both performance and overall well-being. Gayatri’s passion for sustainable nourishment and dedication to advancing nutrition make her a true leader in her field.
